At Sinkaria, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories and parts must be included

Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
