At Sinkaria, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only under normal residential use and proper installation.


Warranty Coverage

Sinkaria products are covered by a limited warranty of up to 5 years from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide, at our discretion:

  • Replacement parts, or
  • A replacement product

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic changes, scratches, or finish aging over time
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
  • Damage caused by incorrect water pressure or plumbing conditions
  • Products used in commercial or rental properties
  • Products that were installed and later removed due to remodeling or design changes

Warranty does not apply to requests for refunds or returns after extended use.


Installation Requirement

All plumbing products must be installed by a qualified professional plumber and in accordance with local plumbing codes.

Improper installation will void the warranty.

Claims without proof of defect may be denied.


Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty replacements unless otherwise agreed.
